Anyone that keeps track of dates knows that dear departed Robert Novak encountered his hospitalization for a similar brain tumor after Senator Kennedy, and has left this world earlier, so it should be no suprise that ObamaCare/DungeonCare was a 'rush job' for a last vote for the Chappaquiddick dude.  Everyone also knows that MA is a Blue State that gulps gallons of policy swill like hot dog contest eaters swallow dogs, what isn't seen is the after effect...not pretty.  The idea to re-change the change to have or not have an appoinment before a special election for a departed senator so a particular vote that might or might NOT be held in DC is a case of STATE dimentia gone wild!  Even a rock'n'roller hasn't gone so far as to 'run in front of that train' as a lyric.
Ya gotta give the democrats the cajone award for trying reasonable peoples patience. Better to go quiet Ted, and leave the Nations'  business to the living.
